Refund Policy
  • You have 10 days from the date of purchase to issue the return & refund request form. After 10 days from your initial purchase date, you will not be eligible for a refund.
  • If the product is faulty or not as described in our product description, we will arrange to ship it back to us & we will refund your money or send you a replacement – your choice.
  • If we sent the wrong item, we’ll resend your correct order no questions asked, and we will arrange to ship it back to us.
  • Refund doesn’t apply to abuse or extreme cases of neglect.
  • We do not refund for long shipping time. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more information about Shipping time.
How to submit a refund request from your account?
Go to 'My Account'
My Account can be found from the main menu
Go to Orders
Go to Orders from the left side menu of My Account dashboard
View The Order
View the order that you would like a refund for
Ask for Refund
Click on the 'Refund' button.
Request for a refund without an account

If you bought the product as a guest, and you would like to get a refund, We got you covered!

Please send us an email to with the following details:

Your name
Your name as you input it in the checkout page when purchasing the product
Order number
Include the order number which was emailed to you when the purchase was completed.
The refund reason
Please add the reason of the refund request, i.e. faulty product, or product doesn't match description.
Finally, Support the reason of the refund with a picture of the product, indicating the reason of the refund request.
  • How long does the refund request take to be approved?

    After we receive your refund request, we will verify your request(s) and process your refund if applicable.

  • When will you receive your refund?

    The refund takes between 5 and 10 business days after the approval.

  • Where will you receive the refund?

    That depends on the payment method used, your money will be refunded by the same method you paid for it.
